Please read these terms carefully before engaging Ardanic Engineering.
Ardanic Engineering provides remote services: MEP advisory, Solar PV engineering, Generators & backup power guidance, Commercial & Quantity Surveying, and Tender & bid support. Scope, timeline, and deliverables are defined in the proposal or package purchased.
Work begins after written approval and payment/PO as applicable. Deliverables are digital (PDF/Excel/Doc/CAD exports where agreed). Drafts may be shared for comments before final delivery.
Fees follow the quotation or package. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes and bank/FX charges unless stated. Invoices are issued electronically.
Each deliverable includes one round of reasonable revisions within scope. Changes to scope or new information after kickoff may require a variation and new quote.

Upon full payment, client receives a non-exclusive license to use deliverables for the intended project. Ardanic retains background IP, tools, and methods.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ardanic is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Total liability is limited to fees paid for the specific service.
These terms are governed by Jordanian law unless otherwise agreed in writing. Disputes should first be addressed amicably; failing that, competent courts in Amman shall have jurisdiction.
